Please be advised that we have an emergency network maintenance window scheduled for works taking place within our data centres effective between the following dates and time:-
"23:00 Hours (BST) Friday 3rd July 2020 to 05:00 Hours (BST) Sunday 5th July 2020"
During this period we will be carrying out essential network updates within our Data Centres
Throughout this window you will likely see an interruption to services provided to you, should you continue to see any service issues outside of this maintenance window please contact helpdesk@academia.co.uk

This scheduled maintenance affected: Volta, London City (Carrier Interconnects, Compute Nodes, Ethernet Switching, Firewall / Security Services) and Customer Contact (Helpdesk).
